Terms and Conditions

1. General Terms 4Rent.cy provides a platform for booking rental vehicles and equipment. By using this website, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Rental Requirements

  • Driver's License: For all vehicles (cars, buggies, ATVs), a valid driver's license is mandatory.

  • Age: Minimum age is 18-21 (depending on the category).

  • Identity: A valid Passport or ID card must be presented at the time of delivery.

3. Booking and Payments

  • A booking is confirmed only after receiving a confirmation from our representative.

  • Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or card (where available).

  • Deposits: Some items require a security deposit. Deposits are fully refundable if the item is returned in its original condition.

4. Use of Vehicles & Equipment

  • Off-road: Standard rental cars are NOT allowed for off-road use (e.g., Akamas trails). Off-road use is only permitted for specifically designated Buggies and ATVs.

  • Insurance: Standard insurance covers third-party liability. Damage to tires, glass, or the underbody is often not covered unless specified.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the start of the rental.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a fee.
